Pregnancy deserves more than a rushed clinic visit. Our in-home prenatal assessments bring full clinical monitoring directly to you — including vital signs, fundal height measurement, fetal heart tones, and a thorough symptom review. Available across any trimester, with priority support in the third trimester or whenever clinical need arises. Each visit also includes time for birth planning, education on warning signs, and guidance on how to advocate for yourself in any care setting. Because an informed mother is a safer mother.

The Postpartum Bridge
The 24 to 72 hours after leaving the hospital are the most vulnerable — and the most overlooked — window in the postpartum period. Our discharge visit brings a CNM to your door before complications have a chance to develop. We assess maternal recovery, monitor blood pressure, review pain management, evaluate wound or perineal healing, screen for postpartum mood concerns, and check in on your newborn — all in one focused visit. This single appointment has the potential to prevent readmissions, catch warning signs early, and give your family the reassurance you need to rest and recover with confidence.
