You're tired in a way that sleep doesn't fix.
You've been pregnant, or nursing, or up at night, or holding it all together for years now. Somewhere in there you stopped being a person with needs and became the one who handles it.
You mentioned the exhaustion once. You were told your labs looked fine, you're just in a season, this is what motherhood is.
And there's a second thing nobody says out loud: you're doing all of it alone. Maybe you moved here for his job. Maybe your mother is four states away. You stand in the pickup line beside women you've seen for three years and don't know one true thing about any of them.
You were never supposed to do this by yourself.
what you’ll leave with
THREE THINGS

You'll understand your own body
Your actual bloodwork — iron, thyroid, vitamin D, B12 — reviewed with you privately, and delivered as a one-page snapshot you keep. Most women in this season are running on numbers that would explain everything, if anyone had looked.
You'll move toward your own goal
Not a protocol handed to you. A goal you name on the first night, small enough to be real. We check in on it every time we gather, and we celebrate it at the end.

You'll have women who know you
Not the surface version. Not the one you post. These women will know what your week actually looked like, and you'll know theirs.

what you’ll leave with
EIGHT WEEKS
Five evenings together, one private visit, and two quiet weeks in between. Not a course you fall behind on.
is this you?
Who's in this room
• You're between 30 and 45 and running on empty
• You've been told you're fine and you know you're not
• You're far from family, new to the area, or simply without a circle
• You'd rather understand your body than follow someone's plan
• You want women in your life who know the real version

WHO'S HERE WITH YOU

MIDWIFE · SHE HOLDS EVERY GATHERING
Not a protocol handed to you. A goal you name on the first night, small enough to be real. We check in on it every time we gather, and we celebrate it at the end.

and after
THE CIRCLE OF CARE
You don't leave with a phone number and good luck. You leave with a short list of providers Christine knows personally and trusts: pelvic floor, mental health, gynecology, movement, nutrition, and she makes the introduction herself.
No one pays to be on that list, and Christine receives nothing for sending you. It's simply who she'd send her sister to. Access doesn't end when the sixty days do.
You've been managing all of this by yourself.
You weren't supposed to.
